Support
Start simply. Keep building with help when you need it.
You do not need to know how to code. Describe the business you want to run, review the working app, and keep improving it in ordinary language. Use this page when you want a clear next step or another pair of eyes.
Common questions
How do I create my first app?
Start with one sentence: what you want to run and who it is for. You can use the guided questions, or simply say your idea in chat. If details are missing, WindWalker asks one practical question or starts with safe defaults when you say “make it now.”
How do I turn a first draft into a complete product?
Keep talking to the same app. Ask for the customer flow first, then ask for the missing screens, data, test checkout, account area, and operator tools. The preview stays available so you can check each change before you move on.
Can I run the app after it is built?
Yes. An operating app should include the records your business needs: for example bookings, orders, customers, services, provider details, and activity history. Ask for an operator area to add, update, search, archive, and review those records. Real payments, private data, and external connections are added only after the appropriate review.
When should I ask a specialist for help?
Ask in the builder whenever you are blocked, a change affects a working flow, or you are preparing a real launch. A specialist is especially useful for payments, privacy, permissions, domains, external systems, and decisions that need business judgment. You can continue building while the request is reviewed.
What should I do when a change does not work?
Your last working version is kept. Explain what you expected and what you see instead. WindWalker can retry a focused repair; if it remains blocked, the support path keeps the evidence so a specialist can review it without asking you to start over.
How do I connect my own domain?
Open Domain settings in the builder and enter the exact domain visitors should use, for example www.example.com. WindWalker will show the DNS record to add.
At your domain provider, open DNS or Manage DNS, add the shown CNAME record, then wait for DNS and SSL activation. It often finishes within minutes, but some providers can take up to 48 hours.
Provider screens differ. Official examples: Cloudflare DNS records, GoDaddy DNS records.
Where can I learn the next step?
Use the curated resource portal for onboarding, examples, and operating guides. You do not have to read everything before starting; build one flow, then return when you need the next idea.
